KBDE · INTELLIGENT SUBMERSIBLE DRAINAGE PUMP
KBDE Intelligent Submersible Drainage Pump
Published data describes the KBDE Series as a cast-iron, heavy-duty agitator slurry pump based on the KBZ Series. Its agitator assists smooth suction, while the side-flow and top-discharge design keeps the motor cooling when exposed to air and supports confined-space placement. It is suitable for bentonite slurry used in slurry drilling and slurry-mixed water in civil or foundation works, with a built-in intelligent control system for automatic operation and lower total energy costs.

Series Overview
Key specifications shared across the KBDE series.
Published data describes a heavy-duty slurry pump with an agitator to assist smooth suction. The side-flow and top-discharge arrangement is stated to keep the motor cooling even when the motor is exposed in air and to make confined-space placement easier.
MAIN ADVANTAGES
Protection and
automatic restart.
- Protect against reverse phase, ensuring correct impeller rotation.
- Protect against open phase or impeller jam, helping prevent accidental damage.
- Automatically stop on overload or abnormal voltage and recover in 5 minutes.
- Stop on high temperature and restart automatically after cooling to a specified temperature.
- Adjustable electric-probe height controls pump operation.
- Stop within 60 seconds after the water level falls below the probe; restart when water reaches the probe.
- Rapid assessment of pump operation and malfunction diagnosis.

Published data also lists other voltages and optional cable length. These options are not inferred into current records.
AUTOMATIC CONTROL
Four published steps.
A repeated cycle.
- Pump continues to run while the electric probe remains submerged.
- When the water surface falls below the electric probe, the timer starts to count about one minute.
- Pump stops in about one minute after the water level falls.
- When the water level rises to contact the electric probe, the pump starts operating again.
The process is repeated. To avoid frequent start-ups in small working pits, published data recommends installing a rubber ball check valve at the outlet junction and moving the electric probe up as high as possible. This is a crawlable published recommendation, not a claim about live page behavior.

SOURCE & REVIEW
Evidence stays tied to KBDE.
Published source
Published data printed pages 41-43 with KBDE narrative, applications, summary specifications, automatic-control sequence, materials, dimensions, 50/60 Hz curves and eight performance rows.
Current catalog
12 exact frequency records for 8 published models codes, 6 content-distinct product images and 8 dimension paths / 8 content-distinct drawings. Four of the eight codes have no current 60 Hz record listed.
Confirmation
The current decimal differences, approved performance curve, missing 60 Hz records, published material gaps and final quotation scope require confirmation. Current values remain separate from published values.
KBDE FAQ
Model boundaries, control sequence and quotation checks.
Is KBDE a separate Contents item?
Yes. KBDE is an independent published data Contents item on printed pages 41-43. This page keeps its eight published models codes separate from the KBD records that share the current catalog series label.
Which current catalog records are included?
The current KBD series contains 27 records across 18 model codes. This page includes only the 12 records whose exact codes match the eight KBDE performance rows; all KBD and KBDM records remain outside the visible current boundary.
Which current 60 Hz records are missing?
No current 60 Hz record is listed for KBDE31.5, KBDE32.2, KBDE35.5 or KBDE45.5. No 50 Hz value is copied into a missing 60 Hz record.
How does published data describe automatic control?
Published data describes a four-step sequence: the pump runs while the electric probe is submerged, timing begins when water falls below the probe, the pump stops in about one minute, and it starts again when water reaches the probe. The process is repeated.
Which materials are not listed?
Published data leaves stator, oil seal, cable, AC contactor, water level sensor and controller block material cells blank. The mechanical-seal boundary from 2.2-3.7kW is also not stated, so none of these gaps is filled from another source.
What must be confirmed before quotation?
Confirm published data/current flow and head differences, the approved performance curve, missing 60 Hz records, optional voltage and cable scope, and the final quotation scope. This page does not invent availability or offers.
