What we collect
When you request selector access or submit a product request, we collect the email address, optional company name, country or region, selected models, search criteria, requested configurations, quantities and notes that you provide. Why we use it
We use this information to provide selector access, review the application, prepare product and commercial follow-up, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain a record of the business inquiry. Sharing and international handling
Requests may be handled by authorized MEUDY sales, engineering and service personnel and the infrastructure providers required to operate this website. Because the manufacturer is located in China, a North American inquiry may be reviewed in China. We do not sell selector inquiry data or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
Access sessions expire after 30 days. Business inquiry records are retained only while reasonably needed for follow-up, engineering reference, legal obligations and dispute prevention, then reviewed for deletion. No internet service is risk-free; do not enter trade secrets, payment details, government identifiers or other highly sensitive personal information in the notes field.
Your choices and requests
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, or withdraw future marketing contact, by emailing meudy@fypumps.com. Include the email address used for the request and, if provided, the company name so it can be located. Legal exceptions may apply.
U.S. state privacy rights
Where an applicable U.S. state privacy law grants additional rights, you may request confirmation of processing, a copy of covered information, correction, deletion, or an appeal of a denied request through the contact above. We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request. In the preceding 12 months, the selector has been designed to collect business identifiers, commercial inquiry details and necessary online access data; it is not designed to collect sensitive personal information.
